GOOD JOB! wow this looks really nice~
I think the character contrasts really well with the BG
One thing you could look at is the trees, the are a bit wobbly and kindof blend together.
Also I like how you used atmoshphere in the BG

CHARACTER WISE:
the head looks kind of off, it doesnt seem like a head could turn like that. Also capes go over the back, even if the character is turning their head.
I love the shading though! look at that branch shadow!!
